A Safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive container uniquely planned for you to expand into the depths of who you are through numerous techniques that Samantha has learned via her own experiences, studies, regression hypnotherapy and coaching (holistic, spiritual and trauma informed.) All of which support you in getting in tune with your nervous system so you can not only handle the tension of everyday life with more grace but have a deeper, more open and trusting perspective on the mystery of life and why you chose to be here.
It helps one tap into themselves safely in order to understand their strengths and how to identify and address self-impairing thoughts and habits as well as to handle trauma/emotional dysregulation/dis-ease/illness (in whichever form) so it doesn't define who you are. In turn, you benefit from knowing how to avoid future reoccurrences.
How are the coaching packages personalized?
This coaching has customized sessions with individual plans guided by your needs and goals. Not one person is the same as another and neither should coaching. After signing the contract, Samantha will send you pre-soul reflection work for you to fill out and return within 24 hours of your first session. This pre soul work gives Samantha an idea where you are on your spiritual path and it gives a blueprint for your coaching. Samantha connects to your energy to personalize each session to align you with your highest aligned timeline while teaching you how to be present with whats going on without it overcoming you. The integration work ( in between sessions) is based on what was worked on in the session. Samantha makes individualized meditations, energy activations and exercises for you that support your inner work. This is truly a magical journey to remembering your truth while releasing fears, pains, worries, and regulating your nervous system.
What is the consultation and session structure for the coaching program?
Before purchasing a package, a FREE 30-minute consultation is offered to ensure the coaching aligns with your needs. The initial session of any package is 1.5 hours, while all follow-up sessions are 1 hour each (give or take and are based on what is going on. Sessions are spread out at least 14 days apart, but you can spread them out longer if desired. Sessions are primarily conducted via Zoom, with in-person options available in MA by special arrangement.
All sessions are recorded and Samantha is taking notes during the session which will all be uploaded with 48hours to your individual folder. Each session is labelled session 1, 2, 3 and Soul Integration work is clearly marked within the notes to prevent confusion.
What other resources are provided?

- Samantha is available to you via text and email always and encourages you to LEAN OUT. She will get back to you within 24 hours.
This j- ourney isn't meant to be done alone and there is so much that life offers us so, after the second session you will gain access to the Universal Folder. Within this folder is years of studies that Samantha has taken and compiled for you to browse through and learn from. There are channellings, meditations, activations, PowerPoints, ancient teachings, music, frequencies, supportive videos, and more. Anything you want to learn more about just tell Samantha and she will guide to the information and or find you more resources that align with what it is you need. You will have a year access to this content after your coaching has ended.
What if I know some of my gifts and want to strengthen them?
That is so wonderful and we can do just that. Samantha will work with you and your current wisdom to bring it more to life where you trust in it and its authenticity.
If you wish to step into a certain trait like mediumship, energy work, ect I will support you in practicing to optimize your confidence with that.
Are there any financial benefits to paying for a package in full, and how do energy healing and psychic intuitive services fit into the coaching?
Paying for a package in full at contract signing offers a discount, otherwise, payment plans are individually based and flexible honoring that the package be paid in full prior to the last session. If you are not paying in full then there is a nonrefundable deposit due upon contract signing, which pays for the first few sessions.
Energy healing and psychic intuitive reads can arise within the coaching spontaneously if your higher self advises it to support you with what is going on with your life. Energy healing happens naturally as I support you in learning your own tools of connecting and healing self. But, overall if you are seeking a reading then the price is explained within your contract.
