What if I don't know what my loop is?
That is exactly why we start with wisdom, grounding activation and reflection before the 30 minute healing part begins. The experience helps you identify it. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive.
We all have so many loops (patterns, limiting beliefs, stories that dont serve us, fears, stresses) so this mini course is like a guide.
You can utilize the Quantum energy part for any loop you encounter as well as the questions in the course.
Do I need to have done the Freedom Experience first?
No — Beyond The Loop stands completely on its own. If you have done the Freedom Experience this deepens what came up. If you haven't it is a powerful entry point on its own (and its only $22) -> Link For That.
But Remember, it isnt required. It is a potent tool for your medicine box.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Athough we are both Holistic Coaches and Nurses- this course is not talking- its connecting to something deeper. THis is an experience for your energetic field as well as for your human & soul to come together. Its not just journaling or answering questions. Its not AI.
